Shipping Policy
Due to the festive season, please allow for an extra 3-5 day delay on all orders
All orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days after submitting a request. This may vary according to pearl availability.
We currently only deliver within Singapore, but exceptions can always be made at a small fee.
Orders will generally take 7-14 business days to arrive depending on where you live. You will receive an order confirmation once the item has been shipped out.
Orders over $400 will be eligible for free shipping. You will however be responsible for International Duties and Taxes if any incurred.
Returns & Exchange Policy
As each piece is custom-designed and one-of-a-kind, all items are final sale. Due to our bespoke made-to-order approach, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
In the event that you’ve received a defective product*, please contact us immediately with an image of your damaged jewellery and the matter will be handled as a top priority.
Please note that every incident of damage will be examined individually by us first to determine how to handle the matter and any repairs henceforth will take 7-14 business days.
*Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: broken chain; chipped, cracked or broken pearls or gemstones; general wear and tear including pieces that have been bent out of shape; oxidised or tarnished hardware.
*All of our pieces consist of natural pearls and gems, therefore you may see slight differences from the images that appear online.
